Hey, welcome to the CSM team! We are a passionate group of people that love seeing when clients reach their goals through engaged and motivated employees. And we know we are part of their success story.

Our job is basically to enable our clients to see and use our tool to its full potential. This is done on different levels, depending on how mature a user or a company is. We constantly communicate with users through different channels, such as live meetings and workshops, web-meetings and webinars, phone calls, regular e-mails, our counseling support tool (Zendesk) or our tracking tool (Churnzero). We work in every way we know to trigger users to do good things with the tool. We also work hard to give our users the right abilities to succeed and we try to match recommended activities with their motivation levels.

To accomplish this, we analyze a lot of data. We produce a lot of content such as information pages, tutorial movies and automated messages… and of course, we keep a good dialogue going so we can feed our internal product development with insights in order to develop the right features to stay ahead of customer needs. 

We work both in the high and the low end with our clients – sometimes we workshop with a management team and sometimes we verify if an e-mail address is correct. We see every contact with our clients as an opportunity to create ambassadors. We are the SEALs – Success by Engagement And Love.

Ambitious but humble

What you can expect

We are a young company that released our first product not too long ago. If you're looking for an org chart and clear processes we might not be the right place for you as we're prioritising agility as we grow. But - if you're a doer, have ideas and are keen on being part of building a company from an early stage you won't find a better place to be.

If you have ideas that make sense, we will support you in realizing them.

  • Bootstrapping is over

    We're an early stage startup but we're no longer working out of café or a friend's spare room. We've got a nice office at a great location in the city center, do Friday breakfasts, go out to eat at funky new restaurants and sometimes even workout together. We don't have a ping-pong table yet, nor the possibility to exit the office through a slip-and-slide, but that's just a matter of time...
