We are searching for a senior QA that can head up quality assurance / test work for the &frankly web application and mobile apps, focusing on manual testing and having an overall responsibility for ensuring we deliver a stable and well working service. Location: Gdansk, Poland

Skills you are going to use:

Experience in software testing (preferably for web in an agile/startup development setting);
Ability to quickly understand requirements and application functionality and speak to non-technical users in Product / Support / Customer success;
Being open to new technology and automating as much work as possible, but still comfortable with running manual tests where needed; quickly grasp how complicated functionality work and have technical skills required to set up & configure test data, manage test environments, and test tools;
English is our common language that’s why B2 at minimum is a must.

It will be a plus if you are interested or have experience in:

Setting up and managing automated tools for testing iOS and Android native apps, webfront-end (e.g. Selenium/Appium), and/or if you are able to run API tests or Performance testing.

Your main task will be:

Overall responsible for quality assurance, and that we release and provide a quality service;

Work with Product management understand business requirements and expected outcomes for new features and ensure they are tested before release;
Work with developers and support to ensure we have good regression test coverage for verifying stable functionality of our entire service upon larger changes;

Perform hands-on testing on our new releases of apps, front- & backend features,
Until we have built up a team around you; manage a team of testers - initially with one tester under your responsibility, but with expectation to grow;

Have an eye for design aesthetics and know when a text label is misaligned or does not look correct according to our design specs or our general style.
