Now we see a rapidly increasing number of clients and need to strengthen our Customer Support team. The team is in charge of making sure that customers are continuously receiving value from our service. We're always striving for a proactive business process and to be a step ahead of our clients.

What you will do 
As a Customer Support Agent you will help and guide customers via email, chat and phone. You’ll have an important role in building relationships with the customers, collecting feedback and making sure they have a positive experience. Your work will have a large impact on the business and you’ll be able to contribute to the growth of &frankly.

Your main focus will be to: 

  • Give excellent support to our customers. 
  • Become a product expert and a specialist in the field of Employee Engagement.  
  • Proactively help customers and colleagues use &frankly in the best way possible. 
  • Find solutions and improvements. 
  • Troubleshoot potential issues and work closely with the product team to quality check features. 
  • Summarize and package feedback coming from customers.
  • Create articles, guides, and supporting material for the knowledge base.
  • Be a part of building an awesome customer support team.


We think it’s good if you recognize yourself in this description
As a customer support agent, we want you to: 

  • Have great communication skills, both verbal and written in Swedish and English. If you happen to also speak a third language, e.g Norwegian or Danish, that is a bonus. 
  • Have a service-minded attitude. 
  • Be curious and eager to learn. 
  • Be a problem solver. 
  • Have basic technical skills.
  • Bonus if you have previously worked with customer success or support.
