Product Specialist & Technical Support

We're on a mission to put more smiles on people's workplaces and are looking for yet another star to join us at our Stockholm HQ! 

The description of this role

We are quickly growing and want to find someone who can become a product specialist and not only help our customers with the nitty gritty details of how our product works but also assist in answering technical support questions that may arise from our users.

In this role you would be expected to:

  • Become a product expert and assist our Sales reps and customers with detailed questions they may have on how the product works (e.g. how scheduling works, how to use our APIs, how the product can be configured for our customers etc.)
  • Assist our Implementation team with technical tasks during implementation of our tool for larger customers such as custom question configuration, set up single sign etc.
  • Help our Customer Success support team in troubleshooting technical problems that may arise for our users, i.e. technical troubleshooting with customers, identifying and reproducing bugs we need to fix.
  • Be part of connecting the digital tools we use, to make the digital customer journey even smoother.
  • Provide input to our product development backlog based on customer needs and recurring issues/questions.

In addition to the above, there are quite a few growth opportunities in this role, such as to help build up an ecosystem of partners that build integrations towards our data and onboarding APIs (e.g. pre-integrated HR systems, data analysis services etc.), and to help our customers with ad hoc reporting and data analysis.

You will be based in the Customer Success department but will also work tightly with the Product department and Sales. We are a diverse team with colleagues from all over the World, in different ages, with different backgrounds and skill sets.

We think it's good if you recognize yourself in this description:

  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, how web applications and apps work, experience working with various browsers and mobile phone models.
  • Curious and eager to learn about every small detailed aspect of our product, with ambition to understand it better than those who built it - bonus if you are also interested in the topic of Employee Engagement.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills in Swedish and English, with strong service mindset, able to explain technical concepts to both techies and non-techies, and to understand the underlying technical issue from a vague problem statement.
  • Bonus if you have previously worked in support tools such as Zendesk, have experience in reporting/data crunching in BI tools such as Tableau or similar and/or is able to directly look into databases to see issues and/or extract relevant data.

We don't have a ping-pong table yet, nor the possibility to exit the office through a slip-and-slide, but that's just a matter of time...
