Our Customer Success Team is now looking for our next Star!

We have end-users all over the world and in different kinds of businesses, but our clients have one thing in common - they all care about the wellbeing and development of their employees. &frankly is a powerful tool to help them drive employee engagement and positive change within their organizations.

We see a rapidly increasing number of clients and need to strengthen our Customer Success team. A CSM at &frankly are the customer's advocate, responsible for  developing our success processes focused on customer loyalty and retention, and finding new growth opportunities within the customer organization.

In your everyday life, you will:

As a CSM you will ensure our customers successfully adopt &frankly by engaging with them at all key points in the life cycle.

  • Manage customers through out the full customer lifecycle, from initial on-boarding, adoption/usage to successful maturity and growth
  • Develop and maintain a success plan, and to execute against that plan
  • Maintain and innovate the use of CRM/CSM tools to record customer information and to track KPI’s
  • Manage forecast, renewals and proactive anti-churn work according to a success strategy that you will continuously help to deliver
  • Strive to steadily increase customer satisfaction, build relationships and push the boundaries of the customer’s mindset
  • Work with our product, marketing and sales team to meet our customer expectations and growth opportunities
  • Educate and teach your customers about how to best utilize all features and introduce them to new product releases
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our products and services

Your team

We offer you a fantastic team, dynamic environment and great development opportunities joining a young company with international ambitions. You will be based in the Customer Success department but will work cross-functional with colleagues from other departments such as Sales, R&D and Marketing. We are a diverse company with colleagues from all over the world in different ages and with different backgrounds and skillsets, but with a strong company culture that brings us all together.

Must-have skills and experience

  • At least 3-5 years of client management experience, project management, preferably in the B2B SaaS space
  • Well articulated and passionate communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Enjoy interacting with people and helping them solve problems
  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious and able to adjust quickly to changing priorities
  • Tech- savy
  • A university degree within relevant space
