We see a rapidly increasing number of clients and need to strengthen our Customer Success team. The team is in charge of making sure that customers are continuously receiving value from our service. We strive to drive a pro-active business process and to be a step ahead of our clients.

The micro description of this role

In this particular role you will have focus on making our enterprise customers onboarded in a successful way. It is about being there for the client during the start-up phase, project manage their journey of implementing a new process in their organisation and making sure they are using the tool in the best way possible.

The more detailed description

Your daily work will include many different tasks, such as being a wingmate to our sales representatives, guiding the customer's project team in their internal work, training and workshopping with managers and administrators, act on movements in the system, feeding Product Development with relevant input and making sure your clients are using the tool in the best way possible.

We think it's good if you recognize yourself in this description:

  • You enjoy interacting with people and guide them on the right track when implementing a new process in their organisation 
  • You are passionate about creating customer loyalty and ambassadors among your customers
  • You have the ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and take ownership of assignments and bring them to successful completion
  • You have a genuine interest in behaviour science
  • You search for a new and better solution to a challenge
  • You have extensive work experience of project management within B2B, working with clients with more than 1000 employees
  • You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English (written and oral)
  • You have good computer skills
  • You have a university degree or equivalent relevant studies
  • Bonus: experience of implementing SaaS
  • Bonus: working with questions as a mean of changing behaviour

    We're an early stage startup but we're no longer working out of café or our friends' spare room. We've got a nice office at a great location, do friday breakfasts, go out to eat at funky new restaurants and work out together. We haven't got a ping-pong table yet, nor the possibility to exit the office through a slip-and-slide, but I guess that's just a matter of time.

Ambitious but humble

We're a small but quickly growing team that are passionate about making a change. We value creativity and getting things done over formal titles and fancy business cards. We work collaboratively and hard, with a flat, open and honest culture - and we know that in order to be creative we have to have fun doing it! And have a nice place to work. And satisfy the foodies.

We meet with large international companies one day and small creative agencies the next, which we means we need innovative creators, tech nerds, driven sales reps as well as seasoned HR experts on our team; people that we believe may come from all over the world and join us in Stockholm to realize our vision.
