We're on a mission to put more smiles on people's workplaces and are looking for yet another star to join &frankly!

&frankly is a powerful tool to drive employee engagement and positive change within organisations. Now we are looking for a exceptional colleague to our sales team, that will help more top company brands across the Nordic region benefit from &frankly.

Your role

You will contribute to our rapid growth by qualifying leads and generating opportunities through cold-calling and email prospecting to book sales meetings. You cultivate your relationships with potential customers by phone and email until they are ready to have a 1:1 meeting with our Account Executives.

  • curious and passionate about people and employee engagement
  • excellent in qualifying inbound leads and turn them into business opportunities for the sales team
  • passionate about reaching out to potential customers via phone where you work towards a weekly goal of scheduled meetings
  • ability to effectively map our ideal target customers to ensure we get through to the right decision makers
  • you're result-oriented with high energy that rubs off on customers and colleagues
  • excellent at communicating in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

In addition, we believe you have

  • organisational skills to structure customer data in our CRM system (Hubspot) that will make your outreach work effective 
  • experience of booking meetings/cold calling or that your best friends tell you "hey, you should work in sales!"
  • recently completed your academic studies, or are soon to graduate.

What you can expect

We are a young company that released our first product not too long ago. If you're looking for an org chart and clear processes we might not be the right place for you as we're prioritising agility as we grow.   • Bootstrapping is over

    We're an early stage startup but we're no longer working out of café or a friend's spare room. We've got a nice office at a great location in the city center, do Friday breakfasts, go out to eat at funky new restaurants and sometimes even workout together. We don't have a ping-pong table yet, nor the possibility to exit the office through a slip-and-slide, but that's just a matter of time...

Ambitious but humble

We're a small but quickly growing team that is passionate about making a change. We value creativity and getting things done. We work hard and believe in collaboration - enabled by our flat, open and honest culture. We know that in order to be creative we need to make room for fun too! 

One day we'll meet a large international cooperation, the next day a small creative agency. This means we need innovative creators, tech nerds, driven sales reps as well as seasoned HR experts on our team. We believe talent may come from all over the world to join us at our Stockholm HQ to realize our vision.
