Sales Development Representative at &frankly

Now we are looking for a exceptional colleague to our sales team to help more customers benefit from &frankly.

The micro description of this role

Contribute to our rapid growth by generating leads and opportunities to the sales organisation through cold-calling/prospecting, booking meetings and various other marketing activities.

People spend most of their waking hours at work. And yet, our well being there receives very little attention. This is something we want to change with &frankly, and we’re bit naïve in our belief that it shouldn’t be so damn hard.  

As our new SDR, your primary responsibility is to be the personal contact for key decision makers in combination with our highly digital inbound marketing efforts. You cultivate your relationships with potential customers by phone and email until they are ready to have a 1:1 meeting with our Business Development Manager or Account Managers.

  • deeply curious and passionate about people and employee engagement
  • excellent in qualifying inbound leads and turn them into business opportunities for the sales team
  • passionate about reaching out to potential customers via phone where you work towards a weekly goal of scheduled meetings
  • ability to effectively map our ideal target customers to ensure we get through to the right decision makers
  • you're result-oriented with high energy that rubs off on customers and colleagues
  • excellent at communicating in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing


In addition, we believe you have

  • solid organisational skills to structure customer data and create automation workflows in our CRM system (Hubspot) that will make your outreach work super-effective 
  • experience of booking meetings/cold calling or that your best friends tell you "hey, you should work in sales!"
  • recently completed your academic studies, or are soon to graduate. Part-time work is possible to some degree.

    We're an early stage startup but we're no longer working out of café or our friends' spare room. We've got a nice office at a great location, do friday breakfasts, go out to eat at funky new restaurants and work out together. We haven't got a ping-pong table yet, nor the possibility to exit the office through a slip-and-slide, but I guess that's just a matter of time.

Ambitious but humble

We're a small but quickly growing team that are passionate about making a change. We value creativity and getting things done over formal titles and fancy business cards. We work collaboratively and hard, with a flat, open and honest culture - and we know that in order to be creative we have to have fun doing it! And have a nice place to work. And satisfy the foodies.

We meet with large international companies one day and small creative agencies the next, which we means we need innovative creators, tech nerds, driven sales reps as well as seasoned HR experts on our team; people that we believe may come from all over the world and join us in Stockholm to realize our vision.
